Archie Oates was only five years old when he was "discovered" by a soccer talent scout (people who look for kids with exceptional soccer skills).
As a result, Archie who is now six, was invited to train with some of London's most prestigious football clubs, including Chelsea FC, where he now plays once a week. When Archie turns eight, he will be registered at the club, which means he will play only for Chelsea Club.
Archie's football talents include being able to deliver perfect corners with both feet, hitting shots like an adult and most importantly, his ability to play well in any position. Another very important skill that Archie has is his ability to listen and implement what he is taught. According to his coach, Archie picks up new skills really fast and practices until he masters them.
Archie started soccer when he was four years old and loves the game. His mother says that all he thinks about is soccer. When he is not playing the game, he is watching it and knows all the good players in the different leagues. His ambition is be like Wayne Rooney (currently one of England's best soccer players) when he grows up.
Good Luck Archie!
