Sunday, May 11, 2008 is Mother's Day; when mothers in most parts of the world are appreciated for all they do for their families. One Chinese Company is taking the celebrations to a new level, by printing what is believed to be the biggest photograph in the World - of a mother of course!

Once completed, the photograph of a smiling mum, which is costing more than $140,000 U.S. Dollars, will be bigger than a soccer field, measuring in at 9,000 square meters. It took the company three months to find the right "mom" for the photograph. The Company has already applied to enter the photo in the local record books.

This is the largest order the Chongquing Changhong printing company has every received and they are working around the clock to get the project completed. They had to double the amount of supplies they normally carry in the store, just to accommodate this one project. Since the photograph is so big it is being printed on several pages, which will then be put together.

No word however, on where the photograph will be displayed and also more importantly, what the company plans to do with it once Mothers Day is over.
