If Chris Parry, head of Britain's top private schools is to be believed, schools, as we know them today, will not exist in about 30 years. No longer will students have to toil day after day after day trying to learn math, science, history etc. etc.
Instead, just like Keanu Reeves in the movie 'Matrix", students will be able to 'download', all the basic information in their brains electronically. Then all they will have to do is to make sense of it.
For example, if a student is learning a new language, all the words will be programmed into his or her brain. Then, it's just a matter of figuring out how to use them.
Mr. Parry believes that the current wireless technology needs to be developed just a tad more to get to the stage where the electrical connections can be used to send information to the human brain.
If he is right, it will change schools as we know them today, with amazingly bright students! We just wish we had been born thirty years later - What do you think? Be sure to comment below.
