This is another amazing novel by Gordan Korman! The Unteachables is about an incredible story that happens when you put the grumpiest teacher with the kids that don't seem to fit anywhere else! There's the boy who can't seem to stay awake, the injured athlete, the girl who doesn't even go there, and so many more amazing kids who are actually much better souls than they seem! But Mr. Kermit can't see that. He's just determined to get through the school year and retire early. But you can't put kids who are good at heart but seem worse with the teacher who was cheated without getting chaos....or can you? This is a short, heartwarming tale that made me laugh and wish. It's incredible! Gordon Korman has done it again!

Have you ever gone to a school where you there's a class that is for 'bad kids'? Well, in Greenwich middle school, a class called SCS-8 is filled with kids that are misfits and delinquents. Kids like Aldo; who has anger management issues, Parker; who doesn't know how to read, Kiana; who isn't even registered in a class, and Elaine; who rhymes with 'pain'. Their teacher is Mr. Kermit, who was caught in a cheating scandal from his years of teaching and shattered his confidence in teaching. In this book, Mr. Kermit and the kids work with each other and slowly build up the teacher-student bond. The teacher still tries to fight through all the issues in his job to keep teaching. After reading this book and seeing all characters' perspectives, I finally understood how it felt to be a different peron, not just being a regular person at school. I hope you guys take a shot at this book because this book can be based in a real-life-school situation.

(WARNING, POSSIBLE SPOILERS AHEAD) Mr. Ribbit- er Kermit, was a teacher that was always happy to teach, he wanted to shape young minds and make them successful. However, now the only thing he thinks about is his retirement in June. The principal, who is out to get Kermit, puts him in room SCS-8. The unteachable's. At first, he doesn't even notice when his students come in ribbit-ing. But he helps them, though it never looked like he cared about what was on their worksheets. When the principal is about to fire Mr. Kermit, the students come in and save the day! I'm sorry if there was too many spoilers, but this is a great book!

Mr. Kermit is counting down the days till his retirement from Greenwich Middle School, where he has worked for over 27 years and after this semester will qualify for early retirement - something the Superintendent is dead set against giving him, so he puts him in class SCS-8 - otherwise known as the unteachables, the kid's who have problems and issues. Well, all but one, Kiana, she isn't even enrolled at Greenwich but she's a short-timer so she doesn't care. But then things start getting weird........the teacher (Mr. Kermit) doesn't teach, the classroom next to them is taught by Mr. Kermit's old Fiancee's daughter, who was a Kindergarten teacher last year and is trying to use the same teaching methods on 7th graders!! But her methods are.........working? Join this UNBELIEVABLE book about a teacher who doesn't teach was involved in a cheating scandal, has the same name as a muppet, and is just waiting to retire - at least that's what he thinks, after all these are the UNTEACHABLES. (I loved this book! Thanks to DOGO for choosing me to win it) :D
