This is an excellent book. It is about a boy named Stanley Yelnats getting sent to a camp for juvenile boys for a crime he didn't commit. Roller Girl is about a 13-year-old named Astrid who wants to be a roller girl. Astrid's best friend Nicole is a dancer who wants to do dance camp but isn't telling Astrid because Astrid wants to go to rollerskating camp with Nicole. When Nicole finally tells her, Astrid gets mad and loses her temper. At camp, Astrid meets a girl named Zoey, who instantly are friends.
